Great if you know what you want

This book is fabulous for people who have an idea of their goal and are stuck about how to get there. However if you have absolutely no idea and really struggle to work out what you want to do, then you wont get past the first few chapters. My mum loves it and it has changed her way of thinking. Im sure that once Ive worked out what I want that it will help me get there!

This book changed my life! I really treasure it.

It has been such a blessing in my life to have this book by Joyce Chapman. I hope to share it with more people. I have discovered the wonderful book Self-Esteem from Joyce Chapmans list of other good books to read. I continue to learn and grow. She talks about having a Dream coach to check in with someone and ask them how are they living their dream. It is so nice to have someone to help with your lifes goals. Journaling is the key! I hope to make friends who like this book or are interested in better journaling ideas. Aloha from Hawaii.
